Taking the ferry across,
Shopping bags with immense labour of love,
Starry night and joy in our hearts.

Bumped into Siraj and Stephanie yesterday which was such a lovely coincidence-they're the two most wonderful residents a newbie can have.Stephanie: Sueyi, we have to make plans for that Thai food outing soon!
And then you see the most ridiculously enthusiastic grin on my face because I love Thai food so muchie...
Had Thai dinner with friends :) And later on proceeded for a Banana Split and an Oreo-delight earthquake bonanza. They're so good they tease all your taste buds.
Sam , I can't wait for our tong-yuen making sessions. And more touristy-sight-seeing in Halifax with you ;) my new kakinang *evil grin*

I love~
the play dates
the dinner outings with friends
the photos
the skype sessions
the cheeky messages
the concerned advice
the rays of sunshine
the rainy-day stir-crazies
writing
walking in the public gardens
the chocolate sundaes that melt tantalizingly in your tongue
crawling under my warm duvet on a cold day
and beneath it all, the underlying beauty of every single day.
A doctor I was talking to, told me about this old man who comes to see him regularly-even when he is perfectly fine. The nurses grumble because he doesn't need to be seen by a doctor, let alone-waste their time and resources-so, why bother, they question the doctor?
--Our patients look up to us and sadly, most of them search for emotional support from us too, support which they are unable to get from elsewhere. Let's not let our patients down- even when all they seek is a few words of reassurance.
