Brunch with intern at Tweet who took me out and made me smile- amazing friends with the same passion for food - mmm :)
Dinner at Devon Seafood Grill for their happy hour cheap oysters with half the MICU peeps: and extras. Had a blast. Wanted to take a picture at first, then Safdar quipped 'That's 5 boys and 1 girl- NOT appropriate!' *laughs*
Post-call dim sum with my intern to celebrate his last MICU call. I think we over-ate but my intern's 6 feet 4 and can certainly gobble a feast down. I've eaten way too much on this rotation!
My homely night in with Christine and Mariam- amazing home-cooked briyani dinner courtesy of Mariam with hot chai tea and home-made chocolate chip cookies. So good :) Just three of us by the couch with a heater next to us, laughing. Warms my heart up!
